Will it work with every phone?
NFC works with many modern smartphones, but support and settings vary. The phone needs NFC link-reading support; some users may need to enable NFC or unlock their phone. Tell us about your setup and we’ll discuss a suitable option.
What can the card or tag link to?
A web link, such as your Google review page, website, online menu or booking page. We’ll confirm the destination with you and test it during setup.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the format, quantity and setup you need. Send Blake a quick message for a quote. Any ongoing costs, including website hosting or domains where relevant, will be explained before you order.
Will it guarantee more reviews?
No card can guarantee reviews or sales. It makes the page easier to reach, and your customers choose whether to leave an honest review.
Do I need to understand Excel or VBA?
No. Tell us what you do now and what takes too long. VBA is the code behind the scenes that can handle repetitive Excel tasks. The aim is a workbook with clear instructions and simple controls you can use day to day.
Can you improve a spreadsheet I already use?
Yes — we can discuss tidying your existing workbook, simplifying stock tracking or automating regular reports. We’ll review a sample and confirm what’s practical before quoting. Remove customer details or other sensitive information from any sample you send.
Will Excel automation work with my setup?
We’ll check your Excel version, computer and workplace permissions before agreeing the project. VBA needs a compatible desktop version of Excel; it does not run in Excel for the web. If you work in a browser or share files across a team, tell us so we can discuss the right approach.
